Your office network, handled.
Your internet company brings service to the door. I take care of everything inside the office — the Wi‑Fi, the computers, the security, the backups — and I’m the one who picks up when something breaks.

Up to the demarc
Your internet provider
The circuit, the modem, and the dial tone. When they say “your internet is working fine,” they’re usually right — and the problem is still in your office.
Everything past it
That part is mine
The free assessment
Forty‑five minutes. Six things I look at.
I walk your office, test what’s actually happening, and leave you a one‑page report rating each area Good, At Risk, or Critical — with what I’d fix first and why. No cost, nothing to sign, and the report is yours to keep whether or not you ever call me again.
Internet & failover
What you’re paying for versus what you’re getting, and whether one outage stops the whole office.
Network hardware
Age, model and firmware on every box in the closet. Most offices are running something past end‑of‑support.
Wi‑Fi coverage
Speed at the front desk versus the farthest room, and the dead spots nobody has reported yet.
Security & segmentation
Whether guest Wi‑Fi can reach the machines holding patient or client records, and what’s exposed to the internet.
Backup & recovery
Not whether a backup runs — whether anyone has ever restored one. Those are different answers.
Cabling & closet
Labeling, power protection and physical access. A photo of your closet tells me more than an hour of questions.
How I work
No surprises, no hostage‑taking.
Most offices I meet have been burned by someone who overcharged, disappeared, or kept the passwords. Here is what I do differently, in writing, every time.
- A written quote before anything startsFixed price, scope on paper. Half up front, half when the work is done and you’re happy with it.
- You own your passwords and documentationEvery credential and network diagram is written down and handed to you. If you ever let me go, you keep all of it.
- Work scheduled around your patientsEvenings, early mornings and slow afternoons. Your schedule shouldn’t move because of my ladder.
- A local person, not a ticket queueI live in Coal Mountain. The offices I work with are a fifteen‑minute drive, and I’ve seen your closet before you call.
- Security is my day jobI design security for a large company by day. Your office gets the same thinking at the right scale.
Who I work with
Small offices with five to thirty people.
What that includes
- Network design & installationFirewall, switching and cabling, with a licensed low‑voltage crew doing the pulls.
- Business Wi‑FiCoverage in every room, with staff, guest and equipment traffic kept apart.
- Security & segmentationSeparating the networks that hold sensitive records from everything else, and documenting it.
- Backup & recoveryBackups that are tested, not just scheduled, so a dead server is an afternoon instead of a disaster.
- Monitoring & ongoing supportA flat monthly plan. I see problems before the front desk does, and I fix most of them remotely.
